Mary Ellen Lynch, M.Ed.
Mary Ellen is a higher education professional, consultant and coach. As Founder & CEO of Mary Ellen Lynch Consulting, she helps schools, businesses and organizations integrate global citizenship into its work to enhance impact. Mary Ellen teaches community development, global migration and public speaking courses as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Rhode Island, Quinebaug Valley Community College and 51ÂÜÀò and has presented on her global education teaching methods at national and global conferences. Prior to teaching and consulting, Mary Ellen worked in the non-profit field for over ten years including eight years in refugee resettlement leading outreach efforts to help bridge the divide between refugees and host communities. Mary Ellen is actively engaged in the community and serves on the boards of Women's Refugee Care and Providence Student Union. She is a Leadership Rhode Island Strengths Coach and trained dialogue and story exchange facilitator. Mary Ellen graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in International Educational Development and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
Denise Mei
Denise Mei holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and is an award-winning Creative Director with 20+ years of experience creating innovative marketing and editorial solutions for some of the world's leading brands. She currently works at iHeart Media, managing a team of designers, marketers, and web developers that create brand content for both digital and print. Denise is an industry leader recognized for her art direction in creating stunning visual assets that take into account analytics, industry standards, best practices, and the latest use of technological advancements. In addition, Denise owns and operates a successful design studio, Mei Design, that creates marketing and editorial assets for a broad range of clients.

Jerome Moynihan
Jerome Moynihan is a seasoned procurement professional with over 32 years of public and private sector experience. He has an M.B.A. from Bryant College, and holds two national procurement certifications: C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) and CPPO (Certified Public Purchasing Officer). Jerry is also a Master Instructor for the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and, when not teaching economics, marketing, and management as an Adjunct Instructor at local colleges and universities, he travels the country to lead procurement seminars.
Elizabeth Myers
Liz Myers is a certified coach and consultant specializing in leadership and team effectiveness. Liz holds a Masters degree from Stanford University in engineering and earned her coach certification through the International Coach Federation. .
Dennis Rebelo
Dr. Rebelo is Assistant Professor of Industrial Technology. His undergraduate degree in at Organizational Behavior & Analysis & Psychology from the University of Rochester led him to teaching before earning a Masters of Science in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University. Dr. Rebelo holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Saybrook University in Organizational Systems from the School or Organizational Leadership & Transformation.
Over the last twelve years Dr. Rebelo has served as a lead catalyst or chief educational consultant to some of the nation’s most recognized established organizations and brands. His work ranges from managing ground-up builds of educational institutes for rapidly developing companies to strategic mapping and actual deployment of instructor led and online educational programming.
Dr. Rebelo encourages leaders, students and academics to use a narrative lens to inspect systems, leader-member exchanges and organizational culture as a way to imbue a humanistic spirit into shared missions and visions.
